Hayati is a one-person web design studio run by Donny in Greenville, South Carolina. This explains what this site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have — plain language, no surprises.
What I collect
The only information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email, and whatever you write about your project. You're never required to share more than you're comfortable with. The site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies — if that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
How I use it
I use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you — usually within a day — with a quote and a few ideas, and to continue any conversation that follows. I will never sell, rent, or trade your information, and I won't add you to a marketing list or send you anything you didn't ask for.
Who can see it
Your message is sent to me by email and read by me personally. This site is hosted on Vercel, and email is handled by standard email providers; those services process your message only to deliver it. I don't share your information with anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry emails for as long as they're useful to our conversation or any project that comes from it. If you'd like me to delete your information, just ask and I'll remove it.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared. Email hayatidyh@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Any material change will appear here before it takes effect.
